bathinginlye was made to host my disparate thoughts & works of art. You can view collections of my stuff in the 'works' section. Feel free to leave a message in the guestbook! The site is currently very WIP, so, it may seem a bit barren. Lots of little trinkets and things are on the way, though.

So, what can you find in bathinginlye? poems, stories, essays, little comics, all mostly exploring themes of queer identity or isolation. I'm also a huge ttrpg nerd, so I plan on writing some stuff to do with those (essays, ttrpg philosophy, homebrewed mechanics) and keeping them in their own section.

As a programmer, I want to pimp this place out with as many bells and whistles that say "yup, thats me!" as I can. But I hope you can enjoy it in it's current state! And I hope I've caught a small bit of my soul and let it sit on this website.

bathinginlye is managed by the webmistress of the same pseudonym, me! I'm a transwoman in her 20's currently going to school for Computer Science in the American midwest. My hobbies include digital arts of all sorts, tabletop roleplaying games (specifically of the OSR or NSR varieties!), and now, keeping this site.

In my daily life, I can be found listening to skramz music, purchasing little treats, and wearing an autumnal color palette. I feel maternal instincts towards the little guys from the "Nerds" candies. So cute!!

I have crohn's disease, and am therefore chronically ill, and have been at some points in life, disabled. Though I'm doing much better nowadays. Despite being relatively introverted, my friends are my lifeblood. I couldn't do this without y'all! And please, don't ever become a stranger.
